1. Introduction
This document describes how Frontetica Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles the personal data of individuals who use our mobile application **Water Eject Pro+** ("App"). It outlines our data collection practices, how we utilize and safeguard your information, and the options available to you regarding your data.
Water Eject Pro+ is a utility application designed to assist users in removing residual moisture from their device's speaker grilles by generating audio signals at various frequencies.
Please note that the App is provided as an auxiliary tool and does not guarantee complete resolution of moisture or speaker-related issues. If your device has sustained significant water damage or is experiencing persistent audio problems, we strongly recommend contacting an authorized Apple service center for professional diagnosis and repair.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the practices described here, please refrain from using the App.
2. Children's Privacy
The App is available to users of all ages. However, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under 13. The App does not request users to provide any personal information directly.
If a parent or guardian believes that their child has somehow provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@watereject-pro.com, and we will take reasonable steps to remove such information.
Frontetica Ltd. does not independently collect, store, or process any personal data from users. We do not maintain our own servers or databases for storing user information.
However, the App integrates third-party SDKs — specifically Firebase (Google LLC) and Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.) — which may automatically collect certain data during your use of the App. This data collection is performed entirely by these third-party services, using their own infrastructure, and is governed by their respective privacy policies.
The types of data that may be collected by these SDKs include:
- Identifiers: device-specific identifiers (such as IDFA, IDFV), IP address, and comparable online identifiers.
- Device Specifications: hardware model, manufacturer, operating system type and build, display dimensions, battery level, and available memory.
- Network Details: cellular provider, connection type and speed, IP address, session timestamps, and browser information.
- Approximate Location: country, region, and city derived from your IP address; language and time zone preferences.
- Usage Patterns: interactions within the App, feature usage, in-app events, and session duration.
- Transaction Records: history of in-app purchases and subscription activity (processed by Adapty).
- Advertising and Analytics Metrics: details about displayed advertisements, user engagement, ad format, and placement (processed by Firebase).
- Error Reports: in the event of a malfunction, diagnostic data such as device name, OS version, App configuration, and timestamps may be collected by Firebase Crashlytics.
The collection, storage, processing, and distribution of this data is the sole responsibility of the third-party services mentioned above. We encourage you to review their privacy policies (linked in Section 5) to understand what data they collect and how they handle it.
