1. Introduction
Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") thoroughly before downloading, installing, or using Water Eject Pro+ ("App"). Do not proceed with installation or use unless you have read and agreed to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing the App, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout this document refer to Frontetica Ltd.
2. Nature of the App
Water Eject Pro+ is a utility tool that generates audio signals at varying frequencies to help expel residual moisture from your device's speaker openings.
Important: The App is intended as a supplementary aid and comes with no guarantee that it will fully resolve moisture intrusion, speaker degradation, or any other hardware issue. Audio signal playback may not be effective in all cases, particularly where significant water exposure or internal component damage has occurred. For serious or persistent issues with your device's speakers or other hardware, we strongly advise seeking assistance from an authorized Apple service center. Frontetica Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any device damage, hearing impairment, or other adverse outcomes resulting from use of the App.
We provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any of its components. You may not reproduce, alter, or redistribute the App, its code, or any associated branding. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App are strictly prohibited.
3. License Grant
The App is available exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App to provide services to others, distribute it, or derive commercial benefit from it in any form.
You commit to using the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Any use that is unlawful, unauthorized, or potentially harmful to others is strictly forbidden. You also agree not to create derivative works based on the App or its documentation.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or alter any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice. Legal action may be pursued against any user who breaches these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Permitted Use
The App is suitable for users of all ages. Children under 13 should use the App under parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.
5. Children's Use
All intellectual property associated with the App — including but not limited to the software, visual design, audio content, trademarks, and database rights — belongs to Frontetica Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party components or technologies integrated into the App remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement by Frontetica Ltd.
6. Intellectual Property
The App follows a freemium model: core features are available at no charge, while premium functionality may require a one-time purchase or recurring subscription.
Trial periods may be offered for premium features. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before a trial expires, your subscription will activate automatically and you will be billed at the applicable rate. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each new billing cycle, with charges processed 24 hours in advance.
Subscription details and pricing are presented on the purchase screen prior to confirmation. We may adjust subscription offerings or pricing at our discretion.
Removing the App from your device does not cancel an active subscription. To manage or cancel subscriptions, refer to the relevant instructions on Apple's support website.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription.
All carrier-imposed charges, including data usage and roaming fees, are your sole responsibility.

8. Privacy
Frontetica Ltd. does not independently collect or store personal data. The App integrates third-party SDKs (Firebase and Adapty) that may collect certain usage and device data. The collection, storage, and processing of this data is governed by the privacy policies of those services.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or error, that it will achieve the desired result of removing moisture from your device, or that the audio signals produced will not cause discomfort. Use the App at a reasonable volume and discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse effects.
While we endeavor to keep the App functional and up to date, we depend in part on third-party services and information. Frontetica Ltd. is not liable for any loss — whether direct or indirect — that arises from reliance on the App's features or output.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frontetica Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or device functionality — arising from or connected to your use of the App.
Frontetica Ltd. does not collect or store user data. Any data gathered through third-party SDKs integrated in the App (Firebase, Adapty) is processed under the responsibility of those providers. We are not liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse of data that occurs within those third-party systems.
You accept sole responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights or illegal conduct resulting from your use of the App. You agree to defend and hold harmless Frontetica Ltd., its officers, directors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
We may release updates to the App from time to time. System requirements may evolve, and continued use may require downloading the latest version. We do not guarantee ongoing updates or compatibility with every device and OS version.
We may discontinue the App or revoke your access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately; (b) you must stop using the App and remove it from your device if applicable.
11. Updates and Termination
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 60 calendar days of the initial claim, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage periodic review.
Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
